MY COOKING PHILOSOPHY

My meals are mostly plant-forward, with lots of vegetables, grains, and legumes at the center of the plate. I eat meat occasionally, usually on weekends, and enjoy seafood when I can source it sustainably.

I’m not a fan of fads. I don’t follow diets or trends. Instead, I believe in balanced, real food—the kind your body feels good eating and your taste buds can’t wait to revisit.

Some of my favorite veggies to cook with? Cabbage, beets, zucchini, potatoes, cauliflower, and broccoli. Lately, I’ve been on a serious spiralizing kick—there’s something fun about turning vegetables into noodles!

I don’t bake often (because let’s be honest—if I make 12 cookies, I’ll eat 12 cookies). But when the craving hits? I’ll share a small-batch dessert recipe or a fun coffee shop-inspired treat—hello, homemade Caramel Macchiato.

I’m a proud home cook, a dad, a husband, and a lover of all things food. I’ve always found comfort and creativity in the kitchen. After years of juggling restaurant work, home life, and long hours, I decided it was time to bring my recipes online—and share them with others looking for something real.

I live in [City/State] with my family—my rock-solid wife and our two incredible kids. They’re the reason I do what I do. Dinnertime around our table is the heart of our home.
